At Master Ji’s Heritage, through a variety of home DIY initiatives, we aim to cultivate future leaders, connect individuals with cultural values, and inspire meaningful engagement in the arts and community. Our mission is to infuse every aspect of life and work with a sense of purpose.

“DIY Purpose Events”
Our commitment to the arts and community engagement is demonstrated through the production and organization of annual theatrical performances based on ancient Indian epics and culture. Our DIY approach means that every aspect, from props and costumes to staging and scripting, is crafted by volunteers, showcasing our community’s talent and dedication. In 2025, we transitioned on to a large stage at Mercer County Park. We gradually moved from few dozens to few hundreds and now to more than thousand audience watching our show live in New Jersey.

Our podcast delves into ancient wisdom and its relevance to contemporary corporate leadership. By exploring these parallels, we help future leaders cultivate an understanding of cultural values, enhancing their ability to lead with purpose and integrity.
“MJ Purpose Art Classroom”
Beyond theatrical performances, we are building a community rich with art and culture by offering music and performing art classes, publishing culture focused books and articles, and involving members of diverse communities in untraditional ventures, thereby providing diverse avenues for cultural education and artistic expression. Our efforts motivate children and community members to immerse themselves in the arts. As part of our writing initiatives, we have also started a Whistleblower Series where we will interview the corporate professionals to highlight the Purpose, Culture, DEI issues in the society.

Master Ji’s Purpose DEI Lab™
We are developing a Purpose Lab, a cutting-edge untraditional research initiative. This lab is dedicated to fostering the next generation of Chief Purpose Officers. By equipping future leaders with the tools and insights to prioritize purpose in their organizations, we are contributing to a growing field that recognizes the importance of purposeful business practices.
